I'M OVERWHELMED!
You're doing ALL the things.
Life feels like one giant list of things to do, people to take care of and fires to put out. You're getting through the days—but you'd really like to feel like you're actually living them.
I'VE LOST MYSELF A LITTLE
Somewhere along the way, YOU got buried.
You're so used to thinking about what everyone else needs that you're not even sure what you want anymore—or what would make you feel excited about your own life.
I KNOW BETTER... BUT...
You already KNOW a lot of this stuff.
You've read the books, listened to the podcasts and saved the posts. The problem isn't knowing more. It's actually putting what you know into practice consistently in your real life.
I'M READY FOR MORE
Nothing is necessarily wrong.
Life might actually be pretty damn good. But you're ready to be more intentional about your energy, your time, your priorities and where you're headed next.
Wherever you're starting from, you don't need to have it all figured out. You just need a place to start.

Years ago, I was going through some pretty major life changes.
I was divorced, in debt over my head, working multiple jobs, taking university classes online and raising three kids.
I was busy. I was exhausted. But honestly, the hardest part wasn't even how much I had on my plate.
I felt lost.
One night, sometime around midnight, I shut everything down, melted into the couch and thought:
“I need to get my shit together.”
So I grabbed a scribbler out of my kids' school-supply bin and started writing.
I started figuring out what was working, what wasn't, what REALLY mattered to me and what I could actually control.
And because I function so much better with a system to follow, I started creating them.
Systems for my energy. My priorities. My confidence. My time. My problems. My growth.
Without realizing it, I was building what would eventually become The GYST Framework.
And here's the thing...
I didn't use it once, get my life together and ride off into the sunset.
I've returned to these systems through some of the hardest periods of my life, through incredible opportunities, and through all kinds of changes in my family, relationships, career and personal life.
Because getting your shit together isn't a one-time accomplishment.
It's having the tools to find your footing, get clear on what matters and intentionally move forward—whatever season of life you're in.
I created GYST because I needed it. I continue to use it because life keeps happening. And now, I want to share it with you.
“You do not rise to the level of your goals. You fall to the level of your systems.” — James Clear
Everything starts with ENERGY.
Your energy impacts every single facet of your life—how you think, how you feel, how you show up, how you communicate, the decisions you make and your ability to follow through on what matters.
In this module, you'll learn to look at energy differently: how you create it, protect it, restore it and intentionally spend it. Because every other part of this framework gets a whole lot harder when you're running on empty.
Nail this first. Everything else builds from here.
Before you decide where you're going, let's figure out who the hell is driving.
We live in a world that is constantly competing for our attention and influencing who we think we should be. Between work, family, responsibilities, social media, expectations, comparison and a ridiculous amount of noise, it's surprisingly easy to lose connection with who you actually are—and who you feel you're meant to be.
In this module, you'll look at where you've been, where you are now and where you want to go, using gratitude, vision, personality and honest reflection to reconnect with yourself.
Because it's pretty damn hard to intentionally build YOUR life when you've lost touch with YOU.
Build the map for how you want to live your life.
This is where GYST starts to change the way you think, make decisions and move through your life. Focus 5 gives you a system for cutting through the noise, minimizing that lost feeling, and coming back to what REALLY matters when life gets busy, complicated or completely knocked off course.
You can take detours. You can change direction. You can get lost for a while. You can even change the destination.
But when you have a map, you always have something to come back to.
THIS is the CORE of getting you shit together! THIS step is going to help you not only to have direction, meaning, purpose (wow - as if that's not enough) - but it's also CRAZY helpful in managing TIME, STRESS, WORRY...everything!
This step has been the favourite of every live workshop I've ever done!
You've built the map. Now let's make damn sure you're willing to drive.
In the last step, you got clear on what REALLY matters and started building the map for how you want to live your life. But a map won't get you very far if you don't trust yourself enough to follow it.
Confidence is a skill—and you can train it.
Whatever has happened along the way to make you doubt yourself, shrink yourself, question your worth or believe you're somehow not enough, I want you to hear this: You are worthy. You are enough. You are meant to be here.
And then we're going to get to work. Because confidence is built through practice, consistency and repeatedly proving to yourself that you can trust YOU.
It takes reps. But as your confidence grows, it changes the way you make decisions, take chances, communicate, set boundaries, handle setbacks and show up in every facet of your life.
You've got the map. Now let's get you behind the wheel.
You've got the map. You're behind the wheel. Now let's talk about the roadblocks.
Here's something I can promise you: you will NEVER be problem-free. There will always be problems to solve, stress to manage, changes you didn't ask for, obstacles you didn't see coming and conversations you'd really rather not have.
And that's not necessarily a bad thing. Solving problems is good for us. It builds capability, resilience and confidence. In fact, so much of our success in life may come down to how well we learn to solve problems, manage stress, adapt to change and handle the uncomfortable stuff without letting it completely consume us.
The goal isn't to create a life with no roadblocks.
It's to become someone who knows how to navigate them.
You don't have to spiral around every problem, stack ten more problems on top of it, or let one shitty stretch of road convince you the entire trip is ruined.
Roadblocks happen. We'll teach you how to keep driving.
Let's take time to make time.
I get it—you're busy. And by this point, doing all this work on yourself might even feel like it's taking more of the time you already don't have.
But that's exactly why we need to stop for a minute.
This isn't about cramming more into your calendar, becoming ridiculously productive or squeezing every ounce of efficiency out of your day. It's about getting really honest about where your time is actually going—and whether it reflects the life you just told me matters to you.
You've got your map. So let's ask the uncomfortable question:
Are you actually spending your time travelling toward the things you said mattered—or are you taking every damn exit along the way?
We're going to look at your time, your choices, your habits and your distractions—and learn how to use this incredibly limited resource more intentionally.
Take time to make time. Because how you spend your days is ultimately how you spend your life.
You've built the foundation. Now let's see where you can go.
Throughout this course, you've done a lot of work to understand yourself, get clear on what matters, build your confidence, navigate the hard stuff and become more intentional with your time.
But we're never done. And that's a GOOD thing.
Growth isn't about constantly looking for what's wrong with you. Growth isn't fixing yourself. Growth is expanding yourself.
And here's something I've discovered: the more you understand what growth gives you, the more you start to crave it. Growth creates energy. It builds confidence. It keeps us curious, interested, challenged and engaged with our own lives. It can fill us in ways that staying comfortable and stagnant simply can't.
And growth doesn't have to mean chasing another degree, building a bigger business or accomplishing some massive goal. There are so many wonderful and enjoyable ways to grow—learning something new, travelling somewhere different, reading, creating, meeting people, challenging your body, deepening a relationship, developing a skill, changing an old belief or simply doing something you've never done before.
In this module, we'll take a deeper look at where and how you want to keep growing—and how growth becomes a fundamental part of REALLY living your best life.
You're already enough. You're also nowhere near finished becoming. And that's pretty damn exciting.
Step back. Take it all in. And make this system yours.
You've done a lot of work. Before you race off to the next thing, we're going to take one final step back and look at the whole picture.
This is where we'll pull together everything you've learned—your energy, who you are, what REALLY matters, your confidence, how you navigate roadblocks, use your time and continue to grow—and embed the GYST Framework as a system you know how to come back to.
Because you're not going to finish this course and magically have your shit together forever. None of us do. Life will change. You'll change. You'll get off track. You'll grow. New opportunities will appear. Hard things will happen.
But now you have a map.
You have a system you can live by every day—and return to for a deeper reset whenever you feel lost, overwhelmed, stuck or simply ready for what's next.
This isn't the end of GYST. It's where you take everything you've learned and start living it.
Because finishing this deserves a moment.
Before I send you on your way, we'll spend a little time together looking back at what you've done, what you've learned and where you're going from here.
This isn't about finishing a course, checking a box and moving on to the next thing.
It's about recognizing that you now have a system.
A system for taking care of your energy. Knowing yourself. Remembering what REALLY matters. Building your confidence. Navigating the roadblocks. Being intentional with your time. Continuing to grow. And finding your way back when life inevitably knocks you off course.
We'll celebrate how far you've come—and I'll send you out with one final reminder:
You came here to get your shit together.
You're leaving with something even better: a system for finding your way, again and again.

There’s no perfect timeline—and this isn’t a course I want you racing through just so you can say you finished it.
GYST is designed as a progression, with each module building on the one before it. Give yourself time to watch, think, write, apply and practice what you're learning.
Go at a pace that works for your actual life. You have lifetime access, so there’s no deadline hanging over your head.
Then you might be exactly where you need to be.
GYST isn't about adding another giant thing to your to-do list. It's about stepping back long enough to look at where your energy, attention and time are going—and whether they're actually going toward the things you say matter.
Sometimes we need to take time to make time.
Absolutely not.
You might be overwhelmed, lost or going through a difficult season. Or life might actually be pretty damn good—and you're ready to become more intentional about where you're going next.
GYST isn't about fixing a broken life.
It's a self-leadership framework you can use in all kinds of seasons.
For your first time through, YES. I HIGHLY Recommend you do!
There's a reason GYST is structured the way it is. Each step intentionally builds on the one before it, so I strongly recommend starting at the beginning and working your way through.
Once you've completed the course, it's yours to use however you need it. Return to a specific lesson, tool or part of the framework whenever life tells you it's time for a check-in.
You'll receive the complete GYST course with 8 progressive modules + Graduation, newly refreshed supplemental content, the official physical GYST Workbook, a digital workbook, the GYST Toolkit, and lifetime access to the course.
The Toolkit includes your GYST Check-In, Problem-Solving Journal, Guided Reset, Vision Builder and GYST Framework Quick Reference.
YES! And I really want you to use it.
So much of GYST is about moving beyond simply consuming information and actually putting pen to paper. One physical GYST Workbook is included with your enrollment and will be mailed to you.
You'll also receive a digital copy so you can get started right away. And if you'd ever like another fresh copy, you'll find information inside the course for ordering one.
Lifetime access.
Because you're going to change. Your life will change. Your priorities will change. You'll get off track, enter new seasons, face new roadblocks and decide you want something different.
GYST is designed to be something you can come back to whenever you need it.
I understand. And I would never encourage you to spend money you genuinely don't have or put yourself into financial hardship to take this course.
But I also want to challenge one thing: investing in yourself isn't selfish or frivolous.
We can be incredibly quick to spend money on our kids, our homes, our businesses, our work, our families and everyone else's needs—and somehow investing in ourselves becomes the thing we feel we need to justify.
But YOU are at the centre of your life.
Your energy matters. Your confidence matters. Your ability to make good decisions, solve problems, manage your time, navigate difficult seasons and recognize what REALLY matters affects so much more than just you.
When you grow, your capacity grows with you.
You become capable of making different decisions, seeing different possibilities, handling challenges differently and showing up differently in your work, relationships, family and life.
That's why I believe so strongly in investing in ourselves.
If the only thing stopping you is that familiar little voice saying, “I shouldn't spend that kind of money on myself...”
I might challenge you on that one. ❤️
But if you're reading this thinking, No, Lacey. I genuinely want to do this and I truly can't make it work financially right now—send me an email. Let's keep in touch.
I can't promise what I'll be able to offer, but I don't want money to be the only reason someone who genuinely wants to do this work never gets the opportunity.
Sometimes there's another way forward.
Yes.
You can enroll for $297 CAD paid in full, or choose 3 monthly payments of $115 CAD.
The payment plan is an installment agreement for the complete purchase price rather than a cancel-anytime subscription. All three payments are required, and course access may be suspended if a scheduled payment isn't completed.
Maybe. But that's not really the point.
GYST isn't built around giving you another mountain of information to consume.
It's about helping you stop, look at YOUR life, put pen to paper, make some decisions and actually apply what you already know.
Because, as we've said throughout this whole thing:
Common sense isn't always common practice.
Because GYST provides immediate access to digital course content and downloadable resources, all sales are final.
Please read through this page and the course details carefully before enrolling. If you have a question about whether GYST is the right fit for you, reach out before purchasing.
"I know I will come back to this course each time that life knocks me down!”
“This entire course is so practical and easy to follow...but the impact it has had in my life has been more than I could imagine.
I was feeling like my life was over and that I was such a failure... Even though I knew nothing about personal development, and quite honestly—I thought it was a joke.
I was wrong. My complete outlook on life has shifted, I feel better than ever, I honour myself, I feel like I'm in control of my life, and am knocking down every problem that comes my way!”
- Tasha

"Whatever is common sense isn't always common practice."
“I have listened to a lot of podcasts and read a lot of self-improvement books...
I realized that actually working through each lesson in my workbook and forcing myself to think about MY own life, rather than just reading other people's stories—made all the difference!”
- Nadine

"Once I got over that hump and just scheduled this time for myself—I noticed a lot shifting.”
“I felt like I was being selfish or self-centred when I was taking this time to just simply work on my own life.
But honestly, this is like a self-coaching program...
I feel like I live with a lot more intention and purpose... I have more energy. And I feel like I don't get hung up on problems as much or, as Lacey talks about, ‘problem stacking.’
My overall outlook has definitely improved a thousand percent!”
— Terry
